Customer Service

     Our shop is located at 52 Williamstown Rd Yarraville                          Telephone 0425702001.

For those who are not able to get to our shop we offer our online Craft Circle store. We are currently adding new items as we build the website, so please bear with us. If there is something you would like which you cannot see here, please let us know and we will do our best to source it for you.

If you have a special request for a handmade item, such as colour or size, please let us know and we will do our best to oblige.

Payment Methods

The Craft Circle online store accepts payment via paypal.  You are welcome to contact us via email or telephone to place an order, payment can be by cheque, credit card or direct debit. We will notify you of cost and wait until payment is received before sending the items.

Returns

Breakages: Please let us know of any breakages caused in transit, the same or next working day.

Please note: The Craft Circle is not responsible for any breakages that occur once the item has been used.  Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer and returns will be accepted based on manufacturers advice.

You are welcome to return faulty items for full refund. The item must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via phone or email before returning the item. Please ensure items are carefully packed for return.

The Craft Circle is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return post.

Delivery

The Craft Circle uses Australia Post for deliveries and are sent at your own risk. If you would like us to sent registered post or with insurance please let us know when you place your order. We base our freight charges on Australia Posts rates which take into account  weight and destination.

Deliveries will be sent within 3 to 5 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Though we make every effort to ensure all our items are in stock, this is not always possible as many of our items are handmade.

If you need an item by a particular day, please let us know in Special Instructions, or via email -standard delivery times will still apply, but this will enable us to give your order priority.

Payments

Payments: can be made by Visa or MasterCard – your credit card will ONLY be charged the day the goods are sent. Or we accept payment by internet bank transfer, cheque, bank draft or money order – if paying this way we will notify you of the amount when goods are ready and we will wait for a payment to arrive before sending your parcel.  This will add a few more days to delivery times.
